Criminal Appeals
Our attorneys have extensive experience in the appellate process. If a person has been convicted of an indictable crime in district court, he or she has 30 days from the date of conviction to file a notice of appeal to ask the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court to review the conviction.
